At VisionTwins, we’re fully committed to delivering exceptional coaching and support from the moment you enroll. Because our programs involve immediate access to resources, personalized planning, and coaching, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued once a payment is collected.
This policy is in place because:

  • Your coaching plan begins right after your payment is processed.

  • Resources, time, and support are allocated immediately.

  • You receive access to proprietary materials, systems, and coaching infrastructure upon enrollment.

Klarna Purchase Policy

For purchases made using Klarna, customers have the right to withdraw or cancel their purchase within 14 days from the date of transaction only if services have not yet started.

Once any coaching, consultation, or service has begun — whether in part or in full — no refunds, rebooks, credits, or exchanges will be issued.

Refunds for eligible cancellations (within the 14-day window and prior to service commencement) will be processed within 14 business days in accordance with Klarna’s merchant protection program.

This policy applies exclusively to Klarna transactions. All other payment methods follow our standard refund and cancellation policy.
